Follow-up on my big, irrational fear

I promised to tell you how it went, so here we go…

(They wouldn’t let us take the camera on board this time, so look out for me in the front, middle, in my grey jacket and beanie)

I don’t think I’ll ever be a theme park junkie, but you can see a clear shift in my experience of the ride when you compare it to this video. I was able to clear myself of the intense stress and fear response I was getting when I imagined the ride while sitting at home, and I even enjoyed the actual ride.

    Good for you! You did look quite nervous. Well done! Great method that can even help with the fear of flying :wink:
